E-Commerce Associate

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and driving the category sales of the online stores. (Lazada and Shopee as well as business website)
Monitors and reviews category performance and identifies opportunities and takes corrective action when necessary.
Reviews and develops online category merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets and deliver the best customer experience.
Must be able to deep-dive into the merchandise planning through exposure to competitor e-commerce sites and offline stores on a category level.
Uses data to drive category sales and improve conversion rate.

Key Qualifications:
Graduate of any Business, Commerce, and Marketing Related Course
With at least 1 year of work experience in retail merchandising, e-commerce experience is an advantage (online business is an advantage)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Passionate about e-commerce and customer experience
Collaborative and ability to push for numbers and business development

HR Manager

Responsibilities:
• Directs all Human Resources functions including but not limited to: Recruitment and records, payroll management, compensation and benefits, employee management, labor relations, discipline, and counseling.
• Oversees the hiring process; consults with management on strategic planning; and serves as a link between an organization’s management and its employees.
• Reviews and makes recommendations to the business and services along with the operation for the improvement of the organization’s policies and procedures, as well as the practices on labor and personnel matters
• Reviews and makes recommendations for appointment, resignation, retirement, and dismissal for cause of personnel
• Reviews and makes recommendations on the annual budget and plans for the organizational development department, which will be subject to approval of the President
• Implements and executes all operations policies approved by the Management or/and President
• Ensures organization’s compliance by maintaining knowledge of current industry trends and employment legislation
• Assists in the communication of the changes in the organization’s personnel policies and procedures and procedures and ensures that proper compliance is observed
• Makes recommendations in the annual review, preparation, and administration of the organization’s compensation and benefits program


Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration major in Human Resources, BS/AB Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or any related field
• With more than 3 years of experience in handling all facets of Human Resources with adept expertise in Organizational Development
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, people skills and direction-setting skills
• Well-versed with relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (ZKTeco Providers)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details

Purchasing Associate

Responsibilities:
• Regular update of ZERP inventory.
• Generate purchase orders.
• Updating orders to suppliers
• catalog update for new items and existing items.
• Encoding supplier delivery
• Validation of receipt (DR, SI)
• Uploading stocks (add, hold, deduct)
• Update the supplier price list.
• Purchase return update.
• Checking, sorting, and reporting defective items to suppliers, as well as for repair items.
• Generating a statement of account for returned items to each supplier
• Coordinating with suppliers.
• Inventory audit
• Update and follow up on supplier returns that are pending.
• Updating stock report
• Submitting reports for damage (usable and unusable), unclaimable, defective, deterioration, or expired products
• Submitting reports to suppliers (for claims)
• Updating pending claims to suppliers
• Approvals for stock transfer requests
• Reconciliation of stocks
• Coordinating with other departments.
• Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above-mentioned task.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related courses in Vocational Technology
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management principles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Adaptability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
• Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role is advantageous but not required.
